Refund & Returns Policy – KNAZ FASHION
We want you to be happy with what you buy from us. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Returns
- You can return items within 7 days of getting your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with tags and original packaging.
- Sale or clearance items can’t be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Exchanges
- If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to exchange if the item is still in stock.
- If it’s not available, you can choose a refund or store credit.
Refunds
- Refunds are only given for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Once we get your return and check it, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours.
What can’t be returned
Some items can’t be sent back for hygiene or custom reasons, like:
- Accessories (jewelry, belts, hats, etc.)
- Undergarments and lingerie
- Personalized or custom products
- Gift cards
How to start a return
- Email us at support@knazfashion.shop within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your order number, the item, and the reason for the return.
- We’ll reply with the return instructions and address.
- Pack it securely and send it back.
Return shipping costs
- If you’re returning because of a change of mind, you’ll need to cover the shipping.
- If the item was wrong or defective, we’ll cover the cost.
